I was routing for the Phillies during the World Series and actually predicted that they would make it to the WS but I figured with the Rays dream year, it would only make sense that they would win. But, I am happy that the Rays blew it in the end.<BR/><BR/>I can see that for a Phillies fan, any kind of win is a win nonetheless and still an amazing moment, I just think as a baseball fan but not necessarily a Phillies die hard, the win just seemed a little bitter sweet and anti-climatic. It was tough to wait the two days to see the final outcome but that was the only way to play it. It was an official game and there was no way to just start it again like the first 5+ inning didn&#39;t happen. And as a sports fan, I wouldn't want to see my team win their second world series in anything other than a full game. I was there and the break made the game more dramatic. When I returned for game 5.5 on Wednesday, the stadium was electric. No one sat down for those final three innings. It was such an incredible moment, beyond words.
